* WHAT...Low temperatures between 33F and 37F will result in frost
  formation.

* WHERE...In Oregon, North Oregon Coast Range and North Oregon Coast
  Range Lowlands. In Washington, Willapa Hills.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 8 AM PDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.

Covering vegetation may help prevent frost damage to sensitive
plants.
