* WHAT...North winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 65 mph
  possible.

* WHERE...Northeast Johnson County and Southeast Johnson County.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds could blow down tree branches. Travel
  could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
