.DISCUSSION...
Marine layer clouds, fog, high humidity will stay below 4,000 feet
elevation on coastal slopes through Saturday morning. Onshore
winds and humidity will increase Saturday afternoon, leading to
more clouds, fog and likely wetting rains Saturday night (up to
about 0.22 inch total). Rain showers changing to a decreasing
chance of snow showers early Sunday morning. Southwest winds will
be strongest Saturday evening and night at 30-35 mph at tree top
level. Winds will become westerly Sunday with gusts around 25 mph.
Fair, dry and warmer weather will arrive with weaker winds Monday
and Tuesday.
