Light rain will continue at times today, but widespread heavier
rain is not expected to begin over the San Diego River basin
until late this evening into tonight. The San Diego River at
Fashion Valley is forecast to reach Monitor stage by midnight
tonight, continue to rise and reaching Minor Flood Stage by 5 AM
Tuesday. The river is forecast to crest at 10.4 ft by 7 AM Tuesday
before slowly lowering, falling below Minor Flood Stage early
Wednesday morning. The river may remain above Monitor Stage through
Thursday afternoon.

The next forecast issuance is at 9 AM this morning.
