The National Weather Service office in Shreveport LA will conduct a storm survey today for the area near Shreveport and Bossier City as well as Lafayette County in Arkansas. The survey is in relation to the severe thunderstorms that moved through the area on Sunday April 28 2024. A final assessment including results of the survey are expected to be completed and transmitted via a Public Information Statement by this evening.
