...CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE ATLANTIC WATERS...

At 626 AM AST, the Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms
across portions of the offshore Atlantic waters and coastal waters
near Vieques, Culebra and northern USVI, capable of producing
winds to around 30 knots and occasional lightning. These
thunderstorms were nearly stationary over open waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
