.DISCUSSION...
Dispersions will be slow to become favorable, not until this
afternoon. Mostly cloudy skies will continue today with light and
southerly to southwesterly 20 foot and transport winds. Mixing
heights top out around 3500 this afternoon coincident with the
most favorable dispersions. Dry conditions are on tap for the next
several days.
