Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain were located in Pittsburg and Mcintosh counties in Oklahoma and Benton county in Arkansas. The precipitation was in the Bentonville, Rogers and Fayetteville area. Movement was to the east at around 20 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was around one quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of two and a half to three inches. Coverage, and intensity increased during the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for late this afternoon and into this evening, a chance of showers and thunderstorms with heavy rainfall and temperatures 70 to 77 degrees along with north winds 5 to 10 mph. $$ This is an experimental automated product.
