WERE EXPECTED OVER THE MOUNTAINS, WHERE LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW
ACCUMULATIONS WERE POSSIBLE. OVER THE EASTERN PLAINS, THE CHANCES
FOR PRECIPITATION WILL GRADUALLY INCREASE LATE IN THE DAY, WITH
