THE MONTH OF APRIL WAS WARMER AND DRIER THAN NORMAL. THE AVERAGE
TEMPERATURE FOR THE MONTH WAS 45.4 DEGREES, WHICH WAS 0.5 DEGREES
ABOVE NORMAL. THE AVERAGE HIGH AND LOW WERE 57.8 DEGREES AND 32.9
DEGREES, RESPECTIVELY. THE HIGH TEMPERATURE CLIMBED INTO THE 70S ON
3 DAYS, WITH THE WARMEST BEING 76 DEGREES ON THE 13TH. THE LOW
DIPPED BELOW 20 DEGREES ON 2 DAYS, WITH THE COLDEST BEING 18 DEGREES
ON THE 17TH.

A TOTAL OF 0.52 INCHES OF LIQUID PRECIPITATION FELL IN GLASGOW IN
APRIL, WHICH WAS 0.33 INCHES BELOW NORMAL. THE GREATEST 24 HOUR
TOTAL FOR LIQUID PRECIPITATION OF 0.17 INCHES FELL ON BOTH THE 2ND
