...Data for Harrison for December 2017...

.Summary...
The month finished a degree and a half above average. This was
due to anomalously warm weather the first week, and during the 3rd
week of the month, when temperatures were running 15-20 degrees
above average. However, very cold weather moved in during the last
nine days of the month, and this kept the averages out of record
territory.

For the fifth month in a row, rainfall was below average. All
measurable precipitation fell between the 16th and 23rd. Even with
rainfall over an inch below average, it was still the most rain in
December in two years.
