FROM SEPTEMBER 1 THROUGH NOVEMBER 30 2016, ROCHESTER INTERNATIONAL
AIRPORT HAD AN AVERAGE TEMPERATURE OF 53.1 DEGREES.  THIS WAS 5.4
DEGREES WARMER THAN THE 1981-2010 NORMAL OF 47.7 DEGREES.  THIS WAS
THE SECOND WARMEST AUTUMN EVER RECORDED.  ONLY THE AUTUMN OF 1931
