THE CENTRAL PLAINS WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. A LIGHT TO MODERATE
ONSHORE FLOW WILL BEGIN ON WEDNESDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE SETTLES
INTO THE NORTHWEST GULF OF MEXICO. FAVORABLE MARINE CONDITIONS ARE
EXPECTED THROUGH SATURDAY.
