Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

Synopsis for Baffin Bay to Rio Grande out 60 nm-
1012 AM CST Sat Dec 16 2017

.SYNOPSIS...A surface low pressure area is expected to pass over or very near
the coastal waters later today and this evening. Winds are likely
to be lighter across the Laguna and the near shore waters but
approaching hazardous levels beyond 20 nautical miles offshore.
Seas are likely to increase later today and be directed west as
eastern winds increase respectively. The surface low moves well
northeast of the region Sunday with light offshore winds and
subsiding seas. Southeast winds return Monday and Tuesday before a
weak cold front moves into the coastal waters for Tuesday night
and Wednesday.
