.SYNOPSIS...SOUTHERLY FLOW BEGINNING TO INCREASE WITH THE DENSE
FOG SLOWLY LIFTING. WINDS AND SEAS REMAIN FAVORABLE ONCE THE FOG
LIFTS WITH SOME STRONGER WINDS AND HIGHER SEAS DEVELOPING LATER
TONIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY. RAPIDLY DETERIORATING CONDITIONS ARE
EXPECTED WEDNESDAY NIGHT DUE TO THE PASSAGE OF A COLD FRONT. A
GALE WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR THIS TIME PERIOD WITH AN EXTENDED
PERIOD OF SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY WINDS AND SEAS ONCE GALE CONDITIONS
