SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL INCREASE TONIGHT ACROSS THE UPPER TEXAS
COASTAL WATERS. SEAS WILL CONTINUE TO GRADUALLY BUILD THIS
AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT. WINDS AND SEAS SHOULD DECREASE LATE WEDNESDAY
INTO THURSDAY AS A PACIFIC COLD FRONT PUSHES OFF THE COAST ON
THURSDAY. OFFSHORE WINDS ARE EXPECTED THURSDAY INTO FRIDAY BUT
SOUTHERLY WINDS DEVELOP AGAIN FOR THE WEEKEND STRENTHENING LATE
SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.
