.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Colder air still mixing down across the Gulf this evening has
maintained advisory level conditions. These strong winds will
gradually weaken through the early Thanksgiving hours...below
caution criteria near or shortly after sunrise. Light northerlies
through the holiday with breezes turning back onshore by Friday
evening. The next weak cold front is timed to pass through late
Saturday night into Sunday morning.
