highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Dense fog remains in both bays this morning and will slowly
erode through late morning with fog likely returning by late
afternoon or early evening. Southerly winds will begin to
strengthen and seas will build early this week per a tighter
onshore pressure gradient. Increasing mid week shower and storm
coverage that will be in association with a slowly approaching
cold front.
