WATERS WILL KEEP NORTH TO NORTHEASTERLY WINDS IN PLACE THROUGH
SUNDAY. THIS FRONT WILL LIFT SLOWLY ON MONDAY...CAUSING WINDS TO
SHIFT TO A SOUTHEAST TO SOUTHERLY DIRECTION. A COLD FRONT WILL
MOVE INTO THE SOUTHEASTERN STATES ON TUESDAY...RESULTING IN
STRENGTHENING SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST WINDS ON TUESDAY NIGHT AND
WEDNESDAY. STRONG OFFSHORE WINDS ARE EXPECTED BEHIND COLD FRONTAL
PASSAGE ON WEDNESDAY...WITH GALE FORCE GUSTS POSSIBLE THROUGH
