A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE WILL DEVELOP NEAR THE SOUTHEAST ATLANTIC
COAST THIS MORNING...WITH IT DEVELOPING INTO A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM
TONIGHT. THIS LOW WILL THEN RAPIDLY INTENSIFY AS IT MOVES NORTHEAST
UP THE EAST COAST LATE TONIGHT AND SUNDAY. THE INCREASED PRESSURE
GRADIENT FROM THIS TROUGH AND LOW WILL RESULT IN ELEVATED WIND AND
SEA CONDITIONS. ANOTHER TROUGH WILL SWING SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE
AREA WATERS MONDAY EVENING... KEEPING CONDITIONS ELEVATED INTO THE
MIDDLE OF NEXT WEEK.
