.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...Gusty north
winds and steep seas will continue through Wednesday night mainly
across the outer waters from Cape Blanco southward. Winds will
weaken Thursday as weak low pressure moves northward over the
waters. Afterwards, a long period high and steep west swell is
expected to move into the coastal waters Friday evening into
Saturday.
