TIGHTENS BETWEEN AN AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE ACROSS THE MID ATLANTIC
STATES AND A TROPICAL DISTURBANCE EAST OF THE BAHAMAS. A PERIOD OF
CAUTIONARY CONDITIONS LOOKS CERTAIN BEGINNING MONDAY AND
CONTINUING THROUGH AT LEAST TUESDAY.
