PRODUCE WIDESPREAD AREAS OF SEA FOG ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS AND
VISIBILITIES CONTINUE TO BE REDUCED TO LESS THAN 1 MILE. THESE
CONDITIONS MAY LINGER THROUGH TOMORROW AND MAY NOT BURN OFF UNTIL
THE WINDS SHIFT EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING WHEN A COLD FRONT MOVES
THROUGH THE COASTAL WATERS. SIGNIFICANT RAINFALL AND THUNDERSTORMS
WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THIS SYSTEM. ROBUST NORTHERLY WINDS WILL
OVERSPREAD THE WATERS TUESDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY BEHIND THIS
