BE NEAR THE MOUNTAINS...BUT ISOLATED ACTIVITY IS POSSIBLE AT LOWER
ELEVATIONS AS WELL. MOISTURE AND INSTABILITY WILL DECREASE
THURSDAY...BUT ISOLATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ARE STILL POSSIBLE
