...FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 10 AM EST THIS MORNING...

The Flood Watch for portions of central New York and northeast
Pennsylvania will expire at 10 AM EST this morning. The large
scale flood threat has diminished. A few isolated areas of
concern remain from freeze up ice jams on some area rivers. Flood
advisories and/or warnings will be issued for these threats as
necessary. Pay close attention to river levels if you live or work
in an area typically affected by minor to moderate river
flooding. Ice jams can cause localized, fast rises in water
levels. Follow the directions of local officials, including any
potential evacuation orders.
