...FLOOD WATCH HAS EXPIRED...

The Flood Watch for portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast
Ohio, and West Virginia has expired.

The rain has moved out of the area, so the flood watch was
allowed to expire. Minor flooding is still expected and on some
small streams in Ohio this afternoon, and along the Ohio River
through Tuesday.

Motorists should still watch for residual water on roads, and
heed any high water signs.
