...FLASH FLOODING POSSIBLE SUNDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH MONDAY EVENING...

.ANOTHER STORM STORM SYSTEM WILL MOVE THROUGH SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
AND BRING HEAVY RAINFALL. THIS WILL BRING A THREAT OF FLASH
FLOODING TO ALL AREAS FROM THE COAST THROUGH THE VALLEYS,
MOUNTAINS AND DESERTS. THE SNOW LEVEL COULD GET QUITE HIGH ON
SUNDAY, ABOVE 7000 FEET, SO FLASH FLOODING COULD OCCUR WHERE SNOW
WAS PREVIOUSLY ON THE GROUND IN THE MOUNTAINS. THUNDERSTORMS ON
MONDAY COULD BRING HEAVY RAINFALL DURING SHORT PERIODS OF TIME.
DEBRIS FLOWS IN RECENT BURN SCARS WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE.

* FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA...
  SOUTHWEST CALIFORNIA AND SOUTHWESTS CALIFORNIA...INCLUDING THE
  FOLLOWING AREAS...IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA...SAN BERNARDINO AND
  RIVERSIDE COUNTY VALLEYS-THE INLAND EMPIRE. IN SOUTHWEST
  CALIFORNIA...APPLE AND LUCERNE VALLEYS...ORANGE COUNTY COASTAL
  AREAS...ORANGE COUNTY INLAND AREAS...SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY
  MOUNTAINS...SAN GORGONIO PASS NEAR BANNING AND SANTA ANA
  MOUNTAINS AND FOOTHILLS. IN SOUTHWESTS CALIFORNIA...RIVERSIDE
  COUNTY MOUNTAINS.

* FROM NOON SUNDAY THROUGH MONDAY EVENING

* HEAVY RAIN WILL OCCUR AT TIMES FROM MIDDAY SUNDAY THROUGH MONDAY
  EVENING. RAINFALL RATES COULD LOCALLY REACH OR EXCEED ONE INCH
  PER HOUR. THIS WILL BRING A RISK OF FLASH FLOODING. HEAVY RAINS
  OVER RECENT BURN SCARS COULD RESULT IN DEBRIS FLOWS AND
  MUDSLIDES. IN THE MOUNTAINS, A WARMER MOIST AIR MASS ON SUNDAY
  WILL BRING HEAVY RAIN ON TOP OF PREVIOUSLY FALLEN SNOW AND
  RESULT IN MELTING OF SNOW WHICH WILL INCREASING THE RISK OF
  FLOODING.
