EASTERN KINNEY AND WESTERN UVALDE COUNTIES...

AT 322 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. RADAR ESTIMATES UP TO THREE
INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN APPROXIMATELY 15 MILES EAST OF
BRACKETTVILLE. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.
