...A FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1015 PM CDT FOR
BROWN AND NEMAHA COUNTIES...

AT 753 PM CDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED FLASH
FLOODING AND VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER THE WARNED AREA. MULTIPLE
ROADS WERE CLOSED IN HIAWATHA DUE TO FLOODING AND WATER WAS RUNNING
OVER MULBERRY ROAD EAST OF HIAWATHA. FLOODING WAS ALSO REPORTED IN
PARTS OF NEMAHA COUNTY. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED IN
MUCH OF THE WARNED AREA THIS EVENING.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
BERN...CENTRALIA...CORNING...GOFF...ONEIDA...SABETHA...WETMORE...
WOODLAWN...FAIRVIEW...HAMLIN...HIAWATHA...MORRILL...POWHATTAN...
RESERVE...ROBINSON...WILLIS AND KICKAPOO RESERVATION.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF CREEKS AND
STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY ROADS AND FARMLANDS
ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT
TO FLASH FLOODING.

DO NOT DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROAD.
