The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Mason County in northern Kentucky...
  Robertson County in northern Kentucky...
  Bracken County in northern Kentucky...
  Pendleton County in northern Kentucky...

* Until 1000 AM EST.

* At 658 AM EST, radar and automated rain gauges indicated that
  heavy rain had fallen across the warned area. Up to two and a half
  inches of rain have already fallen. Heavy rain continues to fall
  with another 1 inch possible. Runoff from this excessive rainfall
  will cause flash flooding to occur.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Maysville, Falmouth, Washington, Augusta, Lewisburg, Brooksville,
  Butler, Morgan, Mount Olivet, Dover, Germantown, Sardis, Browning
  Corner, Burika, Stonewall, Mays Lick, Powersville, Johnsville,
  Tuckahoe and Piqua.
