* Until 1030 PM CDT

* At 734 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain associated with
  the remnants of Tropical Storm Cindy moving across the warned
  area. Radar was indicating that one to three inches of rain have
  fallen in the last hour. With additional heavy rainfall expected,
  flash flooding is likely to occur.
