The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Eastern San Miguel County in northeastern New Mexico...
  Harding County in northeastern New Mexico...
  Central Quay County in east central New Mexico...
  Southeastern Mora County in northeastern New Mexico...

* Until 415 AM MDT.

* At 209 AM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Tucumcari, Logan, Mosquero, Bueyeros, Solano, Maes, Conchas Lake
  State Park, Conchas Dam, Conchas and Valmora.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
