The National Weather Service in Jacksonville has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southern Baker County in northeastern Florida...
  Southeastern Suwannee County in northern Florida...
  Central Columbia County in northern Florida...

* Until 1245 AM EDT

* At 952 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to showers
  and thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory
  area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Lake City, Columbia, Macclenny, Glen St. Mary, Five Points,
  Watertown, Olustee, Sanderson, Obrien and Mcalpin.

Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected over the area. This
additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
