...A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 830 AM EDT FOR SOUTHERN
GREENUP COUNTY...

At 530 AM EDT, Tygarts Creek near H=Greenup was still near flood
stage, but had crested, and was beginning to recede. Back water
flooding at vulnerable low spots on route 7 along Tygarts Creek,
like the intersection with route 2, will gradually recede early this
morning.

Some other locations that may still be experiencing back water
flooding include... Greenbo Lake, Oldtown, Naples, Flatwoods,
Russell, Raceland, Bellefonte, Hopewell, Brushart and Warnock.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
