  The Skokomish River near Potlatch
* From 2 PM Tuesday until Sunday evening.
* At  2:45 PM Friday the stage was 17.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river has crested and will continue to fall to
  below flood stage this evening. The river will turn back up Sunday
  toward flood stage.
* Impact...At 17.0 feet, the Skokomish River will cause widespread
  flooding of pasture lands...with water flowing quickly over West
  Bourgault Road and Skokomish Valley Road.

* Until late tonight.
* At  3:00 PM Friday the stage was 18.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river crested at 19.2 feet at 9 AM Friday and will
  continue to fall to below flood stage late this afternoon.
* Impact...At 18.0 feet, the river begins overtopping its banks within
  the City of Ferndale flooding low-lying areas within the City and
  low pasture lands along the river from near Ferndale downstream to
  the mouth.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Skagit River near Mt. Vernon
* Until Saturday morning.
* At  2:45 PM Friday the stage was 31.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 28.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river crested at 33.2 feet at 6 AM Friday and will
  continue to fall to below flood stage tonight.
* Impact...At 30.0 feet, the Skagit River will flood from Sedro
  Woolley downstream through Mount Vernon to the mouth. Flood waters
  will inundate some low-lying roads...farmlands and residential
  areas. This level for this location on the Skagit corresponds to a
  phase 1 flood in the Skagit County flood system.

  The Snohomish River at Snohomish
* Until late tonight.
* At  2:00 PM Friday the stage was 25.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring.
* Forecast...The river has crested and will continue to fall to below
  flood stage early this afternoon.
* Impact...At 25.0 feet, the Snohomish River will cause minor flooding
  of lowlands not protected by levees and on the Old Snohomish-Monroe
  highway.  A stage of 25 feet on the Snohomish River corresponds to
  a Phase 2 in the Snohomish County flood program.

* At  2:45 PM Friday the stage was 54.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 54.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river crested at 56.14 feet at 515 AM Friday and
  will continue to fall to below flood stage this evening.
* Impact...At 54.0 feet, the Snoqualmie River will flood much of the
  farm land and several roads from Fall City downstream through
  Carnation and Duvall.

  The White River at R Street
* Until Sunday afternoon.
* At  2:45 PM Friday the flow was 6356 cfs.
* Flood flow is 5500 cfs.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river  will fall very slowly from near 6400 cfs
  to 6100 cfs through Saturday night then fall below flood flow
  Sunday.
* Impact...At 6000 cfs, River flooding is likely to occur upstream of
  the A Street Bridge in the City of Auburn. Flooding is likely to
  occur in the City of Pacific near Government Canal and Butte Avenue
  as well as high water along the temporary flood protection
  barriers. This level roughly corresponds to the King County Flood
  Phase 2.

* Until late tonight.
* At  3:00 PM Friday the stage was 18.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring.
* Forecast...The river has crested and will continue to fall to below
  flood stage late this afternoon.
* Impact...At 18.0 feet, the Cowlitz River will cause minor flooding
  from the vicinity of Randle downstream through Riffe Lake...
  covering nearby farm lands and several roads.
