...Forecast flooding increased from Minor to Moderate severity...
The Flood Warning continues for
 The Vermilion River at Pontiac.
* until Thursday evening.
* At  945 PM Wednesday the stage was 15.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and will continue.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 15.5 feet by
  early Thursday. The river will fall below flood stage Thursday
  afternoon.
* Impact...At 15.0 feet...Floodwaters approach some low lying homes
  upstream of Mill Street in Pontiac. Portion of Rt 116 floods in
  rural areas east and west of town.
