  SALT CREEK AT LINCOLN AFFECTING LANCASTER COUNTY.

...FORECAST FLOODING CHANGED FROM MODERATE TO MAJOR SEVERITY FOR THE
FOLLOWING RIVER IN NEBRASKA...

  SALT CREEK AT GREENWOOD AFFECTING CASS COUNTY.

DO NOT DRIVE CARS THROUGH AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD.  THE

* FLOOD STAGE IS 20.5 FEET.
* MINOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE RISING TO NEAR 23.2 FEET THIS
  MORNING. THE RIVER WILL FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE LATE THIS MORNING.
