.DISCUSSION...
AN UPPER TROUGH WILL MOVE ACROSS THE REGION THIS AFTERNOON
AND A COLD FRONT WILL CROSS THE AREA TONIGHT.  MODEST
MOISTURE ASSOCIATED WITH THE TROUGH WILL LEAD TO SCATTERED
SHOWERS BUT NO SIGNIFICANT RAINFALL IS EXPECTED. STRONG
SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS WILL DEVELOP BY EARLY AFTERNOON WITH
WIND GUSTS OVER 20 MPH. WEST TO SOUTHWESTERLY TRANSPORT
WINDS 25 TO 30 MPH ARE EXPECTED BOTH TODAY AND TUESDAY.
MIN RH VALUES WILL FALL INTO THE 30 TO 35 PERCENT RANGE
TODAY AND BE A BIT LOWER ON TUESDAY CLOSE TO 30 PERCENT.
FOG IS NOT EXPECTED TO BE AN ISSUE THIS MORNING OR
