PRODUCING LIGHT AND VARIABLE WINDS.

MIN RH WILL RANGE FROM 45 TO 55 PERCENT THIS AFTERNOON WITH MIXING
HEIGHTS AROUND 5000 FEET. A STRONG LOW LEVEL INVERSION WILL SET UP
