.DISCUSSION...
Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected again Thursday.
Higher rain chances are in the forecast toward the end of the week
and into the weekend as we continue to monitor the evolution
and track of Tropical Depression Harvey as it further strengthens and moves
toward the Texas coast.
