Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Northern Alabama
National Weather Service Huntsville AL
228 AM CDT Thu Aug 17 2017

.DISCUSSION...

Isolated to scattered storms are possible today. A weak frontal
boundary will arrive into the area late this evening into early
Friday morning and a few storms are possible along the front.
During the day Friday winds begin to shift to the NW behind the
front with drier air filtering in. Increased transport winds over
the next few days will allow for good dispersion. Expect Min RH
values to range from 45-55 Friday and Saturday. Winds shift back
to the south late Saturday and moisture slowly returns. Typical
summertime thunderstorm chances are expected for early next week.

Fog potential over the next few days: Valley fog is possible this
morning.

Potential for Red Flag Conditions: Not at this time.
