HUMIDITY VALUES DROP INTO THE MID 30S TO MID 40S. LIGHT SNOW
SHOWERS WILL MOVE IN FRIDAY MORNING AND MIX WITH SOME RAIN
AT TIMES FRIDAY AS TEMPERATURES WARM ABOVE FREEZING. NORTHWEST
