Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Kentucky
National Weather Service Jackson KY
625 AM EDT Mon May 13 2024

.DISCUSSION...High pressure departs to the east this morning as an
approaching weather system brings renewed chances for showers and a
thunderstorm to this part of the state by evening. The shower and
thunderstorm chances will continue through Wednesday before we see a
dry lull on Thursday. However, more rain is in store for the area
for the end of the week. During this time temperatures will be near
normal for mid to late spring.
