FLORIDA AND THE KEYS THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT. LIGHT WINDS WILL
DECOUPLE DURING THE NOCTURNAL CYCLE TONIGHT, WITH ABOVE NORMAL
TEMPERATURES THROUGH SATURDAY NIGHT. WINDS WILL SHIFT TO THE SOUTH
AND INCREASE FRIDAY NIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY, THEN SURGE SATURDAY
NIGHT AND SUNDAY. RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL REMAIN ABOVE 60
PERCENT WITH NO CHANCE OF EXCEEDING RED FLAG CRITERIA.
