.DISCUSSION...
Another strong upper-level storm system will pass north of the region
Sunday, resulting in another round of critical fire weather across
southeast and much of west Texas. Moisture return tonight will be poor
to fair and fuels remain very dry.  Otherwise, relative humidity will
bottom out Sunday at 5-15%. It will remain dry across much of the region
on Monday but fire weather concerns will ease as winds decrease
significantly.
