MINIMUM RH/S NEAR 15 PERCENT EACH AFTERNOON THROUGH SUNDAY.
ALTHOUGH 20 FOOT WIND SPEEDS WILL RISE NEAR 20 MPH SUSTAINED EACH
AFTERNOON, NO LOCATIONS ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER
CONDITIONS FOR 3 OR 4 HOURS, OR MORE.  TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN
SLIGHTLY BELOW NORMAL SATURDAY, BUT WILL RISE ABOVE NORMAL SUNDAY
AND MONDAY.  RECOVERY WILL BE FAIR TO GOOD AREAWIDE EACH MORNING
