WINDY CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE TODAY ACROSS SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA AND
THE LOWER COLORADO RIVER AREA WITH GUSTS AT TIMES REACHING 40-45 MPH.
WINDS WILL GRADUALLY DIMINISH LATER TODAY BECOMING LIGHT OVERNIGHT.
MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL DROP IN THE 10 TO 15 PERCENT RANGE
THIS AFTERNOON RESULTING IN BRIEF ELEVATED FIRE DANGER FOR THOSE
AREAS. WINDS ELSEWHERE WILL BE BREEZY AT TIMES THIS AFTERNOON WITH
MINIMUM RH VALUES IN THE 15 TO 25 PERCENT RANGE. WINDS TURN LIGHT ON
SUNDAY WHILE MINIMUM RH VALUES DROP INTO THE TEENS OVER THE DESERTS.
