MAINLY 5 TO 10 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL WITH HUMIDITIES DRIER THAN
NORMAL. THE DRY AIR MASS WILL LIMIT THE EXTENT OF DEVELOPMENT BUT
THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND
EVENING IN SISKIYOU COUNTY FROM THE TRINITY ALPS AND SCOTT VALLEY
NORTHEAST TO THE GOOSENEST. SIMILARLY WEAK INSTABILITY MAY DEVELOP
NEXT ON MONDAY.
