An upper level ridge of high pressure will build in from the west Tuesday.
Winds will be largely terrain dominated through noon Tuesday, becoming
light westerly during the afternoon. The ridge will slide east of the
state Wednesday, allowing slightly stronger northwest winds to develop.
High clouds will also be on the increase Wednesday.
