.DISCUSSION...A cold upper low will bring light wetting rain to the
area tonight into Wednesday. West winds will become gusty late tonight
and early Wednesday, particularly along ridgetops and exposed terrain.
Additional rain showers will persist into Thursday. A drying and
warming trend will begin on Friday into the weekend.
