.DISCUSSION...
Relative humidity values remain near 25 percent as of 7pm but will
slowly increase through the evening as cooler conditions occur.
Surface winds are out of the south near 10-12 mph and should
decrease through the mid and late evening hours to near 5-8 mph.
Winds will fall further to below 5 mph at eye-level after midnight.
Additional moisture will surge northward through the early morning
hours Sunday as relative humidity values increase to 100 percent. Low
clouds are expected with some patchy fog possible around the burn site.

                    mostly cloudy (55-65 percent).
