.DISCUSSION...
INCREASING MOISTURE WILL RESULT IN INCREASING CLOUDS AND RAIN CHANCES
MONDAY FOR THE SPOT SITE. EXPECT MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES BY MID-LATE MORNING...
WITH SOME BREAKS POSSIBLE IN THE AFTERNOON...BECOMING MOSTLY CLOUDY BY THE
EVENING. CURRENT THINKING KEEPS CHANCES FOR ISOLATED SHOWER ACTIVITY BY EARLY
EVENING AND INTO THE OVERNIGHT PERIOD. BIG UNCERTAINTY IS WHETHER AIR MASS
ALOFT WILL BE TOO DRY TO ALLOW FOR MUCH PRECIPITATION TO OCCUR.

WINDS WILL LARGELY BE WESTERLY WITH LOW END GUSTS THROUGH TUESDAY. WEST
WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 10-15MPH BY NOON...WITH GUSTS TO 20-25MPH. WINDS
WILL DIMINISH SOMEWHAT OVERNIGHT AND THEN INCREASE AGAIN TUESDAY MORNING.
EXPECT WINDS TO BE 260-290 DEGREES...WITH MORE OF THE WNW DIRECTION IN THE
EVENING AND OVERNIGHT PERIOD.

FOG POTENTIAL FOR TUESDAY MORNING IS LOW GIVEN THE DRY AIR MASS AND
PERSISTENT WINDS.
