.DISCUSSION...

Surface high pressure over the western Atlantic will increase
moisture across the area today along with rain chances.
A moist southerly flow will continue through Tuesday as the
tail end of a warm front move across the area with some
thunderstorm potential associated.

Fog potential for late tonight and Tuesday morning is a very
difficult call. Humidities will be high and winds light but possible
just enough wind for no more than patchy fog. However...there will be
a chance for patchy to areas of dense fog late tonight and early Tuesday
morning. Dense fog would mean visibilities of 1/4 mile.
