THIS AFTERNOON THE HRRR MODEL SUGGESTS ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS
WILL DEVELOP ACROSS SRN SOUTH DAKOTA WHICH COULD MOVE INTO NRN
NEBRASKA LATE THIS AFTERNOON OR EARLY THIS EVENING. A SUDDEN WIND
SHIFT TO NORTH WINDS IS INDICATED IN THE THUNDERSTORMS.
