TOWARD VALENTINE THIS MORNING AND PULL A COLD FRONT THROUGH THE
AREA BY 1 PM. AHEAD OF THE COLD FRONT...LIGHT RAIN CURRENTLY ON
RADAR NEAR BISMARCK ND...SHOULD MOVE THROUGH THE BURN SITE
BETWEEN 10AM AND 1 PM. RAINFALL OF 0.10 INCHES OR LESS IS
EXPECTED AT THE SITE.

ONCE THE FRONT CROSSES THE BURN SITE WINDS BECOME NORTH AT 10 TO
15 MPH. LIGHT WEST AND SOUTHWEST WINDS AT 5 TO 10 MPH ARE EXPECTED
