.DISCUSSION...

After early morning dense fog and low clouds, mostly sunny skies
and increasing south to southwest winds will bring record warm
temperatures to the area once again this afternoon. Moderate to
high relative humidity values into mid-morning will transition to
low to moderate values this afternoon.

Sky/weather.........Cloudy then becoming partly sunny. Areas of
                    dense fog early in the morning, then patchy fog
                    late in the morning.
Max temperature.....67-72.
Min humidity........44 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........South winds 6 to 11 mph.
Mixing height.......300-2200 ft AGL increasing to 1800-2900 ft AGL
                    in the afternoon.
Transport winds.....Southwest 14 to 21 mph increasing to 24 to 33
                    mph late in the morning.
