Strong to isolated severe storms will be possible, producing wind gusts up to 40 to 60 mph, small hail, and locally heavy rainfall. Strong outflow winds even well ahead of storms will be possible today, producing gusty and erratic winds. However, winds will generally be out of the west to southwest to 10 to 15 mph, with gusts up to 20 to 25 mph this afternoon.
