.DISCUSSION...

Rain will develop by mid day with the arrival of a warm front.
Periods of rain this afternoon into Thursday could add up to
three quarters of an inch. There will be a bit of a break in
precipitation Friday and Friday evening before more precipitation
arrives early on Saturday. Precip on Saturday morning will probably
start as snow. Some light accumulations will be possible above
4000 feet early on Saturday.

Look for south winds to increase through the day and blow through
the night and into Thursday. Exposed ridges will have the potential
for gusts of 20 to 30 mph tonight into Thursday.
