.DISCUSSION...Clouds will increase and a threat of rain returns to
the forecast on Thursday night as high pressure gives way to moisture
moving in from the Pacific. Friday will be a break as a stronger
storm moves in for the weekend, as early as Saturday.

Sky/weather.........Partly cloudy, by 1000 becoming mostly cloudy.
CWR.................Near zero.

Wind (20 ft)........Northeast 1 to 5 mph, by 1000 becoming variable
