WINDS SHOULD BE CONSIDERABLY LIGHTER FOR MOST OF THE DAY ON MONDAY.
HOWEVER...A SURGE OF WEST-SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS THROUGH THE COAST
RANGE GAPS SHOULD PRODUCE A NOTICEABLE WIND SHIFT AND INCREASE IN
WINDS IN THE LATE AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS ON MONDAY. THESE WINDS
WILL BE ACCOMPANIED BY COOLER TEMPERATURES AND HIGHER RELATIVE
