.DISCUSSION...An upper level trough will drop south through
eastern Washington and Oregon today. Low level onshore flow will
be weaker today and in the next few days as a ridge of high
pressure aloft builds over the Pacific Northwest. This will
result in warming temperatures through the weekend, although the
continuation of a weak onshore flow will tend to moderate the
warmup near the coast.
